This policy explains how SofaCoding handles personal data on sofacoding.com.br, including the support chat, WhatsApp contact and audience measurement. Processing follows the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

1. Who processes the data

SofaCoding is the controller of data collected on this site. The contact channel for privacy matters is the official WhatsApp number published on the site: +55 21 96769-9743.

2. Data we may process

• Contact data you provide: name, email, WhatsApp and other information you choose to send in the chat or during support.
• Conversation content: messages exchanged with the SofaCoding agent, including project context and consent to contact.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, visit source, landing page and campaign parameters, used for security, operation and attribution.
• Audience measurement: Google Analytics 4 events only after your consent. Without acceptance, the measurement script is not loaded.
• Local preferences: theme, cookie choice and the anonymous chat session token, stored in your browser.

3. How we use the data

• record the contact when you ask the team to follow up;
• maintain security, prevent abuse and limit automated requests;
• understand, in aggregate and only with consent, how the site is used;
