PRODUCT · ENGINEERING · INTELLIGENCE

A website, a web application, a mobile app and an AI conversation joined by a continuous path, representing SofaCoding’s integrated services.

WHAT WE BUILD

Four fronts, one system.

The interface is the visible part. Underneath, each project may involve API, data, integrations and intelligence. Scope defines how far the system goes.

PROCESS

From problem to product.

No decorative steps. Each phase exists to reduce an uncertainty and leave a concrete artifact for the next one.

  1. 01

    Diagnosis

    Brief

We understand the problem, the context and what needs to work better. Scope comes from a concrete conversation, not a generic checklist.

  2. 02

    Architecture

    Prototype and architecture

We design the path across interface, API, data and intelligence. You see the structure before it becomes code.

  3. 03

    Build

    Navigable increments

We deliver parts that can already be tested. Each round brings the product closer to real use and reduces surprises at the end.

  4. 04

    Launch

    Product in production

Publishing, observation and evolution. The product leaves the development environment and starts operating with the team alongside it.

HOW WE WORK

Engineering without shortcuts.

Proof over promises

Products in production are worth more than adjectives. POP Atende and Dexprag are live and can be verified.

You talk to the people who build

The conversation goes directly to the people who design and implement. No handoff layer between you and the technical team.

Visible engineering

Interface, API, data and AI are parts of the same system. The mechanism matters as much as the screen.

AI with guardrails

Agents with tools, evaluation and human oversight. Autonomy without limits is not a feature — it is a risk.

PROOF

Software that exists in production.

These are not portfolio mockups. They are products and websites in operation, with real problems, maintenance and evolution.

WORK MODEL

How it starts.

Three ways in, depending on where the product is. In all of them, the first conversation is about understanding the problem before designing the solution.

01

Custom project

To take a new product from idea to reality or rebuild an entire front. Work starts with the problem and ends with the product in operation.

BEST FORFrom diagnosis to launch

02

Continuous evolution

For a system that already exists and needs to stay healthy: fixes, improvements, integrations and new deliveries without stopping the operation.

BEST FORMaintenance and new deliveries

03

Technical consulting

To review architecture, performance or AI before investing further. An outside read of the system and a clear path for the next decision.

BEST FORTechnical decision and review

Scope, phases and proposal are defined after the first conversation — no generic price list.

ABOUT SOFACODING

The whole system, not just the screen.

SofaCoding is the company behind POP Atende, a customer-service SaaS with AI agents, Fichas and human operations in production. It also built the Dexprag website and blog, with a custom theme, local SEO and lead capture.

That experience shapes how we work: product, interface, API, data and intelligence are parts of the same system. The goal is not to deliver a beautiful showcase and disappear. It is to build something that withstands real use and can evolve.

Work does not end at deployment. A product in production needs observation, maintenance and evolution decisions — and that is what keeps software useful after launch.

FAQ

Direct answers.

What usually comes up before a conversation. If your question is not here, the chat can help.

01How much does it cost to build a website or app?

The investment depends on scope, integrations and the level of operation the product needs. In the first conversation we understand the problem and organize a proposal with phases and deliverables. We do not work with a generic price list.

02How long does a project take?

Timeline is a consequence of scope and dependencies, not a showcase promise. Smaller projects can move in short cycles; larger systems need architecture, integration and validation. The plan is discussed before work starts.

03How does the proposal work?

We start with a conversation to understand the goal, audience, scope, integrations and constraints. From there we organize the work into phases and deliverables, with a clear proposal for you to decide.

04How do you handle scope changes?

Changes are part of real projects. They are discussed, recorded and prioritized against what was already planned. What matters is that the decision is explicit and the product remains coherent.

05How does an AI agent work in practice?

An agent combines instructions, a knowledge base, tools and operating limits. It can look up information, execute authorized steps and route sensitive decisions to a person. The operation is evaluated and supervised.

06Do you provide maintenance after launch?

Yes. A product in production keeps evolving: fixes, improvements, integrations and support. The continuous evolution model is defined together with the project, so the system is not left orphaned after deployment.

07Does my company own the code?

Ownership and licensing are defined in each project contract. That conversation happens before work starts, with transparency about what belongs to your company and what is infrastructure or a third-party dependency.

08How does a conversation with the team start?

Open the site chat or reach us on WhatsApp. Tell us what you want to build, the context and what cannot be missing. The SofaCoding agent organizes the conversation and the development team continues from there.

Tell us what you need.
We come back with a plan.

The conversation starts with the SofaCoding agent. It understands the context, organizes the scope and hands it to the development team.
